Motivation - Saturday Morning Hiking
Sometimes we need encouragement I hope this helps...
Truth be told, I wasn't going to,but sheer determination for completing my half marathon goal which I set myself won me over..
If like me, you have weight to lose, or you want to improve your health or simple need motivation, don't think about it,just do it!
