LFGC Alternative Walking Club

 We are really excited to announce our LFGC Alternative Walking Club event which starts on the 14th of March 2012 and will be at the King Edward VII Park in Wembley

King Edward VII Park Wembley
King Edward V11 Park was opened to the public on 4 July 1914.

The land which has become the park was purchased by the Council in memory of the late king and to replace the loss of Wembley Park as an open space.
It is 10.5 Hectares.

Site location:
Park Lane/St John's Road, Wembley
Postcode:
HA9 7RX
Type of site:
Public Park
Date(s):
1914
Designer(s):
Cecil R W Chapman, Borough Engineer and Surveyor

The views within the park are serene and lovely as you can see from photos above.

There will be a range of people who have already raised their hands to the event, so we hope you are also able to join us 1.15pm Wednesday 14th March and for each Wednesday and Monday at 1.15pm to join our LFGC Alternative Walking Club members.

PS: If you are in the part and see a group of us walking around having fun, feel free to come join us!
