 If you are struggling with your weight loss regime right now, you may want to decide to take small steps.

If you break down your weight loss into small manageable chunks you will find this easier to achieve.

 Many people give up all too easy when there is a large amount of weight loss to lose .

The secret is to break it down into stages.

You may want to look at the first steps as losing 10 pounds.
Once you have lost 10 pounds this will encourage you to then look at setting yourself another weightloss goal.
