So, your on a diet, it’s hard most snacks are now going to be out of range. The gremlins strike and your stomach is craving fatty foods, sweets and chocolates.
Sound familiar? Yep, been there done that and it only puts you on a back slider and in the doldrums. So, apart from ensuring you are eating enough of the right calories, including enough proteins, then you shouldn’t have the sugar attacks.

Personally, I love nuts and always have a bag of mixed unsalted nuts with raisins and dried fruit around. As with any snack eat within limitation and don’t gorge yourself on them, they can be high on the old calorie front.
