My weight loss coach can be considered a little trick, and in a certain way, of course. There is no doubt that a change in diet and exercise will make you lose weight - I just finished the challenge Wii Fit IGN our blog, and using the Wii Fit, and change our diet, I also scored 20lbs lost.
ReplyDeleteExercise is hard work, and weight loss will not happen overnight. People are not prefer because they do not see instant results immediately met, they hit the sofa again. This is why it is important to remember that exercise will be great for you.

Thanks Jennifer for your comment, you are absolutely right, weightloss does not happen over night. After all it took many months sometimes years for the weight to pile on. Exercise is important as we need to get out more calories by exercising than we put in our mouths...
