Trekking in Lanzarote

London Fit Girls Club (LFGC) Colette and Julie just came back from sunny Lanzarote in the Canary Islands and did quite a bit of hiking and walking while we were out there. The weather was great compared to the snow and cold we had left back in the UK.

I can see why our counter partners in LA enjoy their weekly hikes. There is something about the feeling the sun beat down on you as you walk or jog along the coast or trail.
