Fridge Friend.... Would You Like A Helping Hand?
We would all love to have comfort that there is someone out there that is honest enough to tell us when we look 'aweful'. Whether it's something we want to hear or not!
Here is my friends at the LFGC UK, we are honest enough with each other to do that without upsetting or taking offence.
But, for some of us there are no friends or buddies, or we may just not want to burden them with our thoughts and feelings of what we are going through.
Some of us don't have the will power, and give up way to easily on achieving our targets and goals, whether weightloss or otherwise.
SO I was priveldged when one of our readers offered up something which they found online, and which has helped them to stick to their program. Now this handy little devise is called a 'Fridge Friend', or Enemy, depends who you look at it :)
The Fridge Friends is a magnetic frame where you can set up motivational recordings to help you keep stick achieve your goals and dreams....
How does the Fridge Friend Motivate you to do this?
This little devise is so flexible, you can either take a photo or two, or record up to three or more 10 second videos to inspire you to either exercise or lose weight, work out more, or simply to help you work towards your goals and dreams whatever these may be.
I gave this to a friend for a week, to get her perspective on this, and here is her review below:
When you go near the fridge, press the play button to see the video message recorded! You can have fun with it too...
Another great review from a friend (Carla Froggat /twitter @IdeasByNet)
who recommended this to me, and who also used this:
So there you have it, many uses for the fridge friend not just for dietary purposes, for exercise goals and also for personal motivational goals as well.
The Fridge Friend retails at £24.99 and you can order through a sales representative direct from this site http://www.ideasbynet.com/
I am including a PDF with moredetails of the Fridge Friend
