Detox Update - What Are You Doing?

 Day three of the LFGCUK Detox, and we have a few of you out there joining us.  There is still time, so go ahead and click on the detox tab above to receive your daily emails of encouragement and plans. 

So how is it going?  By now, day three you may be feeling tired, headachy and feeling rotten.  That's OK, because you are getting rid of the toxins and these are the effects on the body.  The solution is to ensure you drink lots of water.  Water will help to flush out these toxins quicker and to also put oxygen back into the blood, therefore giving you more energy. 

Having cut out flour, bread, rice and pasta as well as dairy you will notice that you are not as bloated.  Stick to as much raw foods as you are able to, ie.e fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains.  You can blend vegetables and grains and have these as energy drinks.  Try this little recipe below....

Carrot/Strawberry Juice - Raw Food Diet
4-6 Carrots 6 Strawberries

Wash fruit, cut greens & ends off. Alternate carrot & strawberries thru juicer.
