Day 4 of LFGC Detox Program

It's really important to also get some type of exercise program in place. 

Bear in mind though that you are detoxing so your energy levels will be low, so don't go all out on a program just yet.

Mild exercise, even walking will help to release toxins in the body and aid the detox program along.
