Weight Loss Plan - Keeping a Food Diary

 Keeping a Food diary is one of the keys to managing your weight loss successfully.  If you make it a habit to keep track of what you eat and drink along with what exercise you have managed to do for the day you will begin to see how dedicated you are in succeeding.

It can be quite onerous at first listing everything you eat, but then after day 4 it becomes a habit.  If you have a medical condition, keeping a food diary is also beneficial for your physician as they can see the diet plan you are following and can advise you if you are eating something inappropriately.  Alternately most weightloss coaches and nutritionist encourage people to keep food diaries as you can see what foods are most likely to impede your programme.
