My Way / The Vi Way - How To Make The Shakes

 SO I have been experimenting with the shakes and have been blending all sorts, I'm sharing some of the ones I have found MWAH! 

Try this delicious FROZEN Chocolate Banana Recipe.

 It will make your mouth water and you will no doubt jump with joy when you get the first taste! Delicious!

- 2 scoops ViSalus Vi-Shape Nutritional Shake Mix
- 1 Banana (Optional: Frozen)
- 8–10 oz. Chocolate flavour Soya Milk or oat milk, rice milk, semi skimmed (add 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder if you are not using chocolate milk)
- 1/2 cup of crushed ice (Must have)

- Blend and Enjoy!






The Body by Vi Strawberry Blast Shake Recipe:If you love strawberries this shake is a must try! 

- 2 Scoops of ViSalus Vi-Shape Nutritional Shake Mix
- 1 cup frozen strawberries (if you can get fresh strawberries even better)
- 8 oz. Skim Milk, Soy, Rice or Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup of crushed Ice (Must have)
- Blend and enjoy!





Blended Coffee Frappe Shake

- 8 oz. (1 cup) coffee-instant or perculated regular, prepared with water,
- 150ml skim milk or soy, almond, rice etc.,
- 2 scoops ViSalus Vi-Shape Nutritional Shake Mix
- 1 teaspoon of Chocolate Powder
1/2 cup crushed ice

- Blend it up!

A bit of squirty cream to top it off... mmmm
