OMG! Flatter Belly After Only 10 days!

So it's day 10 on my body by Vi challenge, and here are the results. 


As you know, day three I was down 2 pounds, And all this whilst still only having one shake a day.

So now I'm up in the game. Two shakes breakfast and lunch and a meal in the evening. If I'm seriously to lose these last 25lbs it's got to be done.

Saturday morning managed to get down to the gym. Felt really spaced out! Got to do more of this if I am to tone up properly

What has been really encouraging being on the ninety-day challenge is that there are so many of my friends on this doing it also.
Going to www.thechallenge.com site to enter your weight and measurements as well as the option of creating a daily blog or even to view new recipes and enter recipes you've discovered during the week and just seeing the other challengers on there sharing their updates is really addictive.

The community atmosphere on the challenge.com site is really encouraging to help you get through your 90 Day challenge.
